Conceived and developed by ADCO along the East River in the Bronx, waterfront Harbor Pointe at Shorehaven and Beechwood at Castle Hill feature 1,199 two-family homes (one dwelling for the homeowner and the other to rent) combining comfort, stability, and convenience with affordability. Over 1,000 of these units have already been sold and the remaining residences will be delivered to home owners over the next 15 months. Gated Harbor Pointe is located adjacent to Classon Point Park and features a landscaped esplanade that runs the entire length of the community along
