In the mid-1960's, ADCO worked with the city of San Francisco in an exciting project
called the Western Redevelopment Plan to renovate the area between Pacific Heights,
Nob Hill, and the Civic Center. As part of this effort, ADCO assembled the land for
St. Mary's Cathedral and built Cathedral Hill Plaza, Cathedral Hill Tower and
The Normandy apartment complexes.
