Pershing Point Plaza

In 2001, ADCO redeveloped and renovated Pershing Point Plaza in the heart of
Atlanta's midtown submarket, through its affiliate RB Asset.

Originally a three building complex, one of the buildings was converted to a 100,000
square foot Marriott Residence Inn. To join the two remaining 7-story, Class "A" office
buildings and provide a single entrance, ADCO created a soaring 3-story atrium,
providing a fluid center amidst the bold, clean lines of the surrounding structures.

Pershing Point is headquarters to EarthLink, providing 400,000 square feet to the
internet service provider.
