ADCO completed construction of Convention Plaza in the South Financial District of San Francisco in 1983. This 12-story, concrete and glass, Class “A” building provides 313,627 square feet of prime, state-of-the-art commercial space and remains one of the area’s most attractive and desirable office properties across from the Yerba Buena Gardens. In 2011, ADCO sold the property to Kilroy Realty Corporation, which plans to target technology tenants seeking large floor plates in a prime SoMa location.
